Sure Start Scotland

Sure Start Scotland provides support for families with very young children (especially those living in deprived communities). Funding has been allocated to all 32 local authorities in Scotland so that it can be established across the country.

The programme is the responsbility of the Early Education and Childcare Division (which is based within the Children, Young People and Social Care Group in the Scottish Executive).
