Kerry Woolfall

I am a senior researcher in the substance misuse team and specialise in qualitative research methods with children and young people.  My main areas of interests include: research methodology; child development; community development; gender and sexuality and social policy.

I am also a part time PhD student. The study is longitudinal and aims to investigate the outcomes for young people and parents who attend drug intervention services for problematic drug or alcohol use.

My previous research experience has included evaluating the Liverpool Children’s Fund, researching the impact of the Pink Pound upon gay communities in Manchester and Amsterdam and a study into Lesbian adoption in the UK.
